FAQ About Product and Service Sales

The Processing time is 2-3 days per order.

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, this may result in an item selling out before the order is processed.

All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse any refunds or returns at any time. Once your order has been completed there will be NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS to an order.

A tracking confirmation and email will be sent when processing and handling is completed.

In the case that a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged the customer takes all responsibility for claims with the shipping carrier.

Shipping:

We strive to provide excellent customer service. All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Shipping can take between 3 to 8 business days During seasons of high-volume orders, shipments may be delayed momentarily. Please be patient and allow for your package to be received as soon as possible.

When your shipping and billing address match it makes sure all the information is correct so your order is shipped in a timely manner.

As your coach, I cannot guarantee results. I can tell you that you will create different results just by having the courage to experiment with your approaches to the various aspects of life. During the time we spend together in our coaching, I will devote my time, thought, and energy to you exclusively. In between our sessions, I may not be readily available as I will be attending to others, including myself.
